To enter the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt program, candidates must have completed an accredited Green Belt training program either with or without certification. Accordingly, the Black Belt program is offered as an upgrade program for Green Belt trained candidates only. No learning prerequisites are applicable to any other courses. Please contact LEAN 6 to assess your eligibility and suitability for entry to any of our training programs today.
LEAN 6 offers practitioner certification for a range of training programs including Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt. To obtain certification, candidates are typically required to complete a face-to-face training program, an online knowledge assessment, plus one business improvement project.
The online knowledge assessment consists of multiple-choice questions and is conducted on an open-book basis for a maximum period of 60-90 minutes. Instructions for the business improvement project is provided during the training program with project guides, templates and calculators provided.
Yes, LEAN 6 offers live online training for its Yellow and Green Belt training programs. These programs are offered via our public training platform and can also be delivered internally for organisations looking to train multiple participants using a customised curriculum to to suit the target audience.
