Overview
The Lean Six Sigma Executive training program is designed to provide executives and senior managers with a strong working knowledge of the Lean and Six Sigma concepts and tools.
The focus is to develop “educated sponsors” and to build leadership capability for sustainable improvement.
The program can be delivered either onsite at a client’s premises or offsite at our CBD training facility.
