Overview

Lean focuses on eliminating waste and building process capability. The LEAN 6 Lean Practitioner training is designed to provide a thorough knowledge base in the Lean methodology. The program provides business & operations leaders with complementary skills needed to effectively implement Lean within an organisation. The program includes practical training on the key Lean tools used in a Lean workout or project. A business improvement project is typically undertaken throughout the 2-day training program and can be submitted for group or individual certification purposes.

The program can be delivered either onsite at a client’s premises or offsite at our CBD training facility.
